For sanitary reasons, Wiinki’s Beauty does not accept returns or exchanges.
All sales are FINAL.

Please allow 24 to 48 hours (working days) for a response.
Once you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation, to the accurate email address that you given. If you did not receive an order confirmation, you either did not provide us with a valid email address or your order did not go through.
Once your order is processed, a shipping label will be created and an email will be sent to the email address that you provided during checkout. This email will contain a CTT or DHL tracking number and additional shipping information. Please allow approximately 24 hours for tracking information to become available. PLEASE NOTE that all of our shipping times are NOT guaranteed.
ONCE YOUR ITEMS ARE IN THE MAIL, THE PACKAGE IS NO LONGER THE RESPONSIBILITY OF WIINKI’S BEAUTY. WE WILL NOT REPLACE LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES.
FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS, THE BUYER ACKNOWLEDGES RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY IMPORT OR CUSTOMS FEES AND/OR TAXES.
The Wiinki’s Beauty packages are shipped via CTT or DHL.
Please allow 1-5 business days for your order to be processed and packaged before shipment.
Purchases made during large releases and/or sales may take up to 10 business days to be processed and packaged before shipment.

- 3,50€ shipping cost for orders under 35€
- FREE shipping cost for orders over 35€
- Takes approx. 10-30 days for delivery
- 15€ shipping cost for orders under 90€
- FREE shipping cost for orders over 90€
WITHOUT EXCEPTION, all orders must be checked upon delivery and at the presence of the carrier’s commercial.
In case of damaged item(s), caused by poor transportation conditions, you must send supporting photographs to the email address firstname.lastname@example.org , upon the approval of the carrier, with his signature and consentment.
If your order is incomplete, the SAME CONDITIONS are imposed as the damaged items and you must contact our customer support line email@example.com .
Upon the reception of the return of damaged item(s), SUBTOTAL payment, when applicable, will be refunded within a maximum of 15 days, subject to verification and confirmation by Wiinki’s Beauty.

To file a claim with CTT go to https://www.livroreclamacoes.pt/inicio, select your language and click on the exclamation mark to file a claim within the Portugal Continental orders or International.
Then follow the directions as stated.
